Olístic is Els Vil·lusionistes’ extra virgin olive oil.
Olístic is our olive oil that is produced with the olive sort “arbequina”, that grow in Priorat. Priorat is not only a land of sublime wines, but also a land of excellent olive oil of which the quality is guaranteed and protected by the Siurana PDO. The Siurana Protected Designation of Origin and its Regulatory Council certify that the oil sold under Siurana PDO has been:
- Produced in the geographical area within the reach of the Designation.
- Elaborated according to their own rules.
- Controlled according to their parameters of quality.
Olístic is extracted in November and put on the market in tin containers of 3L.
